FlyPath Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlyPath mobile application and related services ("Service"). By using FlyPath, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

FlyPath transforms venue photos into AI-generated cinematic flythrough videos. Output quality, generation time, and availability may vary.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Subscriptions & Purchases

FlyPath offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Plus weekly/annual) and optional credit packs processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device Account Settings after purchase.
Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process store refunds directly.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to reverse engineer the Service; or resell generated content in violation of third-party rights.

5. Content & IP

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them for video generation. Generated videos are provided for your commercial and personal use subject to applicable law and platform policies.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecn0 is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
