This Privacy Policy explains how FlyPath ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile app and API.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: anonymous or dev-login identifier, subscription status via RevenueCat.
Content: photos, flight paths, and optional notes you submit for video generation.
Usage data: generation requests, credits consumed, and basic diagnostics.
Purchase data: transaction metadata from Apple/Google/RevenueCat (we do not receive full payment card numbers).
Waitlist: email address if you sign up for early access on our website.

2. How We Use Information

We use data to provide the Service, process subscriptions, generate videos, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

3. Third-Party Processors

We use trusted providers including Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, and AI video generation APIs. Their policies also apply.

4. Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored only as long as needed to deliver the Service and maintain your gallery, unless you delete them or we are required to retain data by law.

5. Your Choices

You can revoke camera/photo permissions in device settings. You can manage subscriptions in your store account settings. Contact us to request account or data deletion.

6. Children

FlyPath is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
